Important information
- If your flight is expected to land around or after 11:30pm, select a booking date for the next day and indicate the date at the checkout page
- Choose the actual pick up date and time slot for transfer. For example, choosing the 10:00am slot means that your pick up will be between 10:00am-10:59am
- Food and drinks must not be consumed inside the vehicle
How To Use
- After payment, Koalabeds Customer Service will contact and confirm your journey date & time.
- Then, you will received the pick up confirmation letter for your journey.
- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
Service Areas:
- Hong Kong Island only
- Kowloon area
- New Territories: Ma On Shan, Tsuen Wan, Sha Tin, University Station
- Remote Areas: Pok Fu Lam, Peak District, Souther District, Chai Wan, Siu Sai Wan, Sai Kung, Clean Water Bay, and other areas not mentioned here
- Not Applicable For: Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Mui Wo, Country Park
Pick Up Procedure:
Arrival Transfers:
- Location: Arrivals Hall A. Coordinator or driver will be holding a Klook sign with your name
- Arrival Waiting Time Policy: Free waiting time for up to 75 minutes only
- No Shows: If driver waits for over 90 minutes and you are not reachable, you will be regarded as a "no show" and driver will leave. No refunds will be issued
Departure Transfers:
- Driver will arrive at your pick up location and contact you at your preferred time
Surcharge:
- HKD150: Arrival time exceeding 1 hr 15 min
- HKD80: Departure waiting time exceeding 25 min
- HKD80: For each additional stop
- HKD80: Per extra bag (after 4 check-in luggage/bags)
- HKD80: Per baby seat (Baby/child seats are not mandatory under HK law)
- Surcharges must be paid in cash (HKD) to driver
- To avoid unwanted surcharges, please fill in your correct information
Cancelation Policy
- If you wish to make any changes to your booking, you must notify us at least 2 day in advance
- If the driver is left waiting for over 90 minutes, the booking will be considered canceled and no refunds will be made
- Service will be canceled when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued. You will be given the option of booking an alternative date or requesting a full refund
