What To Expect

From the moment arrive, start your trip to Hong Kong in the utmost luxury by being transported from the airport to your hotel – and back, if you wish – in a luxury sedan car. You’ll be driven in a comfortable, air conditioned Tesla that accommodates up to 3 people plus plenty of luggage space and be served by a professional airport team. All fees and charges are also inclusive, from your driver's tip to tunnel and bridge tolls. So sit back and relax as you’re whisked off to your destination in stress-free style and luxury.

How To Use

  • After payment, Koalabeds Customer Service will contact and confirm your journey date & time.
  • Please indicate your actual pick up date and corresponding time slots upon booking (e.g. choosing the 10:00am time slot will mean that your pick up time will be between 10:00-10:59am)
  • Then, you will received the pick up confirmation letter for your journey.
  • You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity

Service Areas:

  • HK: Hong Kong Island (Excluding Pok Fu Lam, Peak District, Southern District, Chai Wan, Siu Sai Wan)
  • Kowloon: Kowloon area
  • New Territories Included: Ma On Shan/ Tsuen Wan/ Sha Tin / University Station
  • Remote Area: Pok Fu Lam, Peak District, Southern District, Chai Wan, Siu Sai Wan, Sai Kung, Clean Water Bay and all other areas not mentioned above
  • Areas not applicable: Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Mui Wo, Country Park

Pick Up Procedure:

Arrival Transfers:

  • After you reach the Arrivals Hall A (directly to the column where there clock is located), look for a coordinator holding a Klook signage with your name on it. The coordinator will be there between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
  • If you arrive before or after 9:00am-6:00pm, your driver/operator will be at arrivals hall A holding a signage with your name on it
  • You may present either a printed or a mobile voucher to confirm your reservation

  • Maximum Waiting Time:

  • The driver will wait for you up to 75 minutes starting from actual flight arrival time; In order to avoid arguments and provide you the best experience, please do indicate your flight number correctly on checkout page
  • During the 75 minutes waiting time, the operator will contact you for confirmation. If the operator manages to contact you but already after the waiting time, you will be charged overtime fees HKD 150.
  • If the driver has waited for over 90 minutes and you are still not reachable, you will be regarded as "no show" and the driver will leave. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Departure Transfers:

  • Driver will arrive the location and contact you at the appointment time
  • You may present either a printed or a mobile voucher to confirm your reservation

  • Maximum Waiting Time:

  • The driver will wait 25 mins after designated pick up time

Surcharge:

  • HKD150 for arrival waiting time that exceeds 1 hour 15 min. (During Peak season, picking up SIM Card or WiFi may require extra time)
  • HKD80 for each additional stop (en route or same district only)
  • HKD80 per baby seat (available for both infants and children. Please indicate your request under the "Notes" portion upon check out. Kindly note that a baby/child seat is not mandatory under HK law)
  • Note: Surcharges must be paid in cash (HKD) to the driver
  • Please note: Food and drinks must not be consumed inside the vehicle

Cancelation Policy

  • If you wish to make any changes to your booking, you must notify Koalabeds at least 2 day in advance
  • If the driver is left waiting for over 90 minutes (for arrival) or 25 minutes (for departure), the booking will be considered canceled and no refunds will be made
  • Service will be canceled when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued. You will be given the option of booking an alternative date or requesting a full refund
