- You must present your KoalaBeds voucher upon arrival to redeem your discount/reservation. The restaurant has the right to reject your voucher otherwise
- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
Things To Note
- KoalaBeds offers cannot be combined with other KoalaBeds vouchers, nor other promotions, offers, or coupons in-store
- No change or refunds will be given if the bill does not exceed the value of the cash coupon used. If your order exceeds the value of the voucher, you must pay the rest of your bill directly at the restaurant
- Only people aged 18+ may purchase alcoholic drinks and beverages. Please bring a valid ID as proof of age
General Terms
- The voucher cannot be sold to third parties
- The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or other offers
- Splitting or combination of bills after ordering to redeem multiple vouchers is not allowed
- In case of any dispute, the decision of KoalaBeds and Gaia Group shall be final
Terms & Conditions
- Coupons have to be purchased at least one day in advance before patronage
- The promotions are valid from Monday to Thursday, all day, excluding Public Holidays and Public Holidays Eve
- The coupons are valid for both dine-in and takeaway services
- The coupon is applicable to a la carte menus only
- The promotion cannot be used in conjunctions with other promotions, offers, or set menus
- Each transaction is limited to a maximum of 10 coupons redemption only, which bill splitting would not be allowed
- Gaia Group reserves the right of final decision on all matters related to the discount
