What To Expect
Enjoy convenient transfers for Hong Kong to/from Zhuhai! This private service will take you directly to/from your destination in the two islands. Travel comfortably in a premium SUV, which is perfectly suited for the entire family. Cars on offer are equipped with modern airconditioning for the coziest journey downtown. These transfer packages have all the bases covered from highway tolls to tunnel charges so you don't need to go the extra mile on your travel expenses. Vehicle Information:
- Please note: The vehicle's passenger and luggage capacity is approximate. The operator will do their best to fit all luggage prior to the transfer
- Car unit: Toyota Alphard
- Good for groups of 6 passengers or less
- Can fit 6 pieces of large-sized luggage and 6 carry-on bags
Additional Information:
- Service hours: 8:00am-10:00pm, daily
- Child seats are not available
- Food and drinks are not allowed for consumption inside the vehicle
- The vehicles do not have accessibility features for disabled passengers (i.e., wheelchair users)
- Special luggage such as baby strollers, wheelchairs, sports equipment, musical instruments, etc. will be accommodated as regular luggage
- In case a No. 3 Typhoon signal is raised in Hong Kong, the service will still be available, should any guests require it. However, there will be an additional fee of CNY200 for transfers to city or CNY400 for transfers to Hong Kong International Airport
- If No. 8 or above typhoon signal is raised, all services will be suspended
- All travelers must arrange their own Mainland China visas in advance
How To Use
- After payment, Koalabeds Customer Service will contact and confirm your arrival pickup date.
- Then, you will received the pick up confirmation letter for your journey.
- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
Pick Up / Drop Off Locations:
Hong Kong International Airport (HKG)
- After reclaiming your baggage, go to the Arrival Hall and look for the driver holding your name sign in the waiting area
- The maximum waiting time for airport transfers is 1 hour and 15 minutes from the time of landing. Should any unforeseen circumstances that may prolong the process, a courtesy call to inform the driver would be appreciated
Zhuhai Checkpoint
- Zhuhai Checkpoint (Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Frontier Port) is located south of the artificial island
- After customs check and declaration, please go to the passenger pick-up/drop-off area in the Departure Hall on the ground level car park and look for the driver
Zhuhai Jinwan Airport (ZUH)
- After reclaiming your baggage, go to the currency exchange shop at right side of Arrival Hall and look for the driver holding a sign with the lead traveler's name
Hotel/Downtown
- Please indicate the complete address of your preferred pick up location to our customer service
Surcharges:
- CNY100 for services from 6:00am-8:00am and 10:00pm-12:00am
- CNY200 each way for service 12:00am-6:00am
- CNY80 for each additional stop (same route or same district only)
- CNY150 for waiting time exceeding 1 hour 15 min, CNY200 for the second hour
- Please note: Surcharges must be paid in cash directly to the driver
Cancelation Policy
- Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made at least 48 hours prior to the activity
